Custom Lingerie Boxes for Your Brand
Custom lingerie boxes from The Packaging World are built around the folded footprint of the garment rather than a stock size chart. Choose lingerie packaging boxes as printed sleeve and tray sets, custom bra boxes for single pieces, tuck cartons for panty multipacks, or rigid lingerie gift boxes for bridal orders. Printed lingerie boxes run on SBS paperboard, kraft, coated recycled board and wrapped rigid chipboard, with lamination, foil stamping, embossing and spot UV quoted as separate options. Garments sit against tissue depending on product-contact requirements, confirmed during quoting.
Protect your products with custom cardboard boxes—durable, printable packaging built for retail and safe transit.
Order custom cardboard boxes to protect your products from physical transit damage. Standard retail packaging easily crushes under heavy weight, resulting in damaged goods. Our cardboard packaging boxes solve this problem by providing a thick, durable barrier that absorbs impact. Whether you need wholesale cardboard boxes for e-commerce shipping or custom printed cardboard boxes for retail display, we offer multiple thickness levels to meet your exact requirements. As a reliable cardboard boxes manufacturer, we provide low minimum order quantities starting at 100 units. Order yours today.

Protect your products with custom cardboard boxes—durable, printable packaging built for retail and safe transit.
Protect your shipments with custom corrugated boxes—durable, printable, and built for heavy-duty e-commerce transit.
Order custom corrugated boxes to guard your products against transit damage and mishandling. Standard folding cartons easily crush during shipping, resulting in damaged goods and unhappy buyers. Our corrugated packaging boxes solve this problem by utilizing fluted inner layers that absorb impact and resist crushing. Whether you need heavy-duty corrugated shipping boxes for bulk freight or branded corrugated mailers for e-commerce deliveries, these durable cartons deliver physical protection and a printable surface. Order your wholesale corrugated boxes today. Minimum orders start at exactly 100 units.
Corrugated
Protect your shipments with custom corrugated boxes—durable, printable, and built for heavy-duty e-commerce transit.
Protect your products and the environment with custom kraft boxes—recyclable, tear-resistant, and visually striking.
Order custom kraft boxes to deliver sustainable, earth-friendly protection for your retail and e-commerce goods. Modern consumers demand environmentally responsible packaging, and generic white paperboard often fails to meet this expectation. Our kraft packaging boxes solve this by utilizing 100% recyclable, unbleached pine pulp that resists tearing and crushing. This raw, organic material guards items securely while providing a distinct brown background for dark inks and minimalist branding. Choose from folding cartons or corrugated mailers to fit your specific product needs. Minimum orders start at exactly 100 units.
Kraft
Protect your products and the environment with custom kraft boxes—recyclable, tear-resistant, and visually striking.
Protect and present your products with rigid greyboard packaging—thick, dependable boxes for retail and corporate use.
Order custom rigid greyboard boxes to deliver thick, dependable protection for your valuable products. Standard folding cartons easily crush during shipping and retail handling, which frustrates customers and damages goods. Our greyboard packaging boxes solve this problem by utilizing dense, heavy-duty board that resists bending and impact. These reliable boxes guard items securely while offering a flat, smooth surface for printed paper wraps and metallic foil stamping. Select from magnetic closures or lift-off lids. Order your rigid greyboard packaging today. Minimum orders begin at exactly 100 units.

Learn More About Custom Lingerie Boxes
What Custom Lingerie Boxes Have to Handle
A bra, a panty or a matched set is soft, light and creases easily. The packaging around it has one structural job and one commercial job: hold the folded garment in a fixed shape so it arrives uncreased, and present the brand well enough that the box gets opened slowly instead of torn open.
That balance explains why most lingerie orders land on shallow constructions rather than deep cartons. Depth works against a folded garment. Extra headroom lets the fold shift during transit, and the piece reaches the customer looking handled.
The box stabilizes and presents the garment; it does not carry the load the way a shipping case does. When cartons travel on their own through a carrier network, we normally plan a corrugated mailer or an outer shipper around them rather than asking one printed gift carton to do both jobs.
Contact matters as well. Garments usually sit against tissue or an approved paper wrap depending on product-contact requirements, and we confirm the wrap during quoting alongside the board.
Box Styles for Lingerie Packaging
Lingerie packaging boxes come down to a handful of constructions, and each one answers a different selling situation. These are the seven we quote most often.
Two-piece rigid lid and base: choose this when the box is part of the purchase, and customers keep it, such as bridal lingerie boxes and boutique gift sets. See the rigid box constructions for wrap and edge detail.
Sleeve and tray box: choose this when you want a printed outer sleeve to slide off and reveal a folded set resting in a shallow tray. Our sleeve and tray formats cover the tray depths that suit soft goods.
Straight tuck end carton: choose this for single panties, multipack panty cartons and shelf-hung retail where the box ships flat and folds in seconds.
Book-style rigid box with magnetic closure: choose this for lingerie gift boxes that open like a cover, hold a set flat and photograph well for unboxing content.
Flat mailer box with front tuck: choose this for direct-to-consumer shipments where one carton has to survive the carrier and still look deliberate on arrival.
Drawer or slide box: choose this when a pull-out inner tray makes the reveal slower, and the outer shell can carry heavier print or foil.
Window carton with clear film: choose this when lace trim or color is the selling point on a boutique shelf, and the buyer wants to see the fabric before opening.
Custom Printed Lingerie Boxes with Logo
Printing turns a plain carton into part of the product. We print your wordmark, size and style codes, care symbols, fabric composition and any barcode or SKU field straight onto the board, so no separate labelling step is needed after packing.
Full-color CMYK is the default when artwork carries photography, gradients or illustrated pattern work. Spot color matching is worth asking for when a signature shade has to stay consistent across lingerie boxes, printed shirt boxes and hang tags in the same range.
Interior printing is a common addition on gift constructions. A pattern, a size chart or a short message inside the lid adds little to the unit price on most styles and makes the opening feel considered rather than plain.
Artwork is proofed as a flat dieline and, on request, as a three-dimensional render. Printed samples on your chosen board can be arranged before the production run so you can check color, fold clearance and how the garment sits inside.
Materials for Lingerie Packaging Boxes
Because the garments are light, board choice is driven by presentation, stiffness and shipping route rather than weight capacity. These are the stocks we quote, with the trade-offs a buyer should weigh.
SBS paperboard, 16pt to 24pt: bright white with a smooth surface and the best print fidelity. The standard for retail cartons, window boxes and multipack panty packaging.
Kraft paperboard, 18pt to 24pt: natural brown fibre with a plain, understated look. Colors print darker and less saturated, so it suits one- and two-color marks. Review the surface variants on our kraft board options page.
Coated recycled board: a white-lined stock with a recycled core, suitable for inner trays and multipack cartons where the interior is not the feature. Recycled-fibre options may be available depending on supplier.
Rigid chipboard, 1.5mm to 2mm, paper wrapped: firm and non-folding, used for two-piece keepsake boxes and bridal sets. It ships assembled, so freight and storage cost more per unit.
E-flute corrugated: adds stiffness and crush resistance for cartons that post on their own. Print quality is best on a white-top liner.
FSC-certified options may be available depending on supplier documentation. If fiber sourcing matters to your customers, raise it during quoting so paperwork can be sourced with the board rather than chased afterwards.
On garment contact: most sets are wrapped in tissue or an approved paper wrap depending on product-contact requirements, so the fiber that touches the fabric is specified separately from the outer carton. Coated interiors, uncoated liners and tissue weights all behave differently against delicate fabric, and those requirements are confirmed during quoting.
Printing and Finishing Options
Finishing decides how the carton feels in the hand and how well it survives a stockroom, a shelf and a carrier. Each option below is quoted on its own so you can assemble the combination your budget allows.
Gloss lamination: a clear film that deepens color and wipes clean, useful on boxes handled repeatedly in-store.
Matte lamination: a low-glare surface that reads as calm and polished, and shows fingerprints less than gloss on deep colors.
Soft-touch coating: a velvety surface that suits gift constructions. It scuffs more readily, so pair it with rigid board.
Foil stamping: gold, silver, rose or holographic foil pressed into a wordmark or border. The color set is listed on our foil stamping page.
Embossing and debossing: raised or recessed marks that add texture with no ink at all, and work best on 18pt board or heavier.
Spot UV: a glossy clear layer over selected artwork on a matte base, often used on a wordmark or a repeating pattern.
Aqueous coating: a thin, low-cost protective layer that may help with light surface protection depending on coating, liner and contact duration.
Die-cut windows and shaped openings: cut shapes in the lid or front panel, with or without clear film behind them.
Ribbon pulls and magnet closures: hardware added to rigid constructions so a tray lifts cleanly and the lid stays shut in a shopping bag.
Window film is optional on any cut shape. Leaving it open lowers the unit cost and keeps the pack lighter; adding film keeps dust off lace and fine mesh in a busy retail space.
Lingerie Box Sizes and Common Planning Formats
Sizing starts with the fold, not the garment. A bra folded cup-into-cup takes a very different footprint from one laid flat with molded cups intact, and a rolled panty multipack behaves differently again. Fold method, count per box and whether the carton posts alone are the three inputs that drive the dieline.
The table below lists common planning formats rather than verified specifications. Use it to pick a starting point, then send your own folded measurements so the structure is built around them.
Format | Typical contents | Common planning footprint | Where it suits |
|---|---|---|---|
Slim panty carton | 1 to 2 pieces | About 6 x 4 x 1 in | Checkout add-on, shelf-hung retail |
Standard bra box | 1 folded bra | About 9 x 7 x 2.5 in | Boutique bag, online order |
Two-piece set box | Bra and panty | About 10 x 8 x 2.5 in | Matched set retail and web |
Sleeve and tray set box | Set plus tissue | About 11 x 8 x 2 in | Boutique display, gifting |
Bridal keepsake rigid box | Set plus insert card | About 12 x 9 x 3 in | Bridal party orders, keepsakes |
Multipack panty carton | 3 to 5 pieces | About 9 x 6 x 2 in | Wholesale multipacks |
Robe or chemise box | 1 folded garment | About 13 x 10 x 3 in | Sleepwear sets, seasonal gifting |
If your range includes molded cups that cannot be folded flat, say so early. Molded styles usually need a deeper tray or a shaped insert, and that single detail changes the board caliper, the freight cube and the price per unit.
Who Orders Custom Lingerie Boxes
The buyers we work with sit across retail, online and event channels. Most of them weigh the same three things: fold fit, print quality and a price that holds at their volume.
Independent lingerie boutiques buying small runs of set boxes and branded sleeves.
Direct-to-consumer intimates brands needing one carton that posts safely and looks considered on arrival.
Bridal shops and wedding stylists ordering keepsake boxes for bridal party gifting.
Department store suppliers who need retail cartons with barcodes, size codes and fiber content panels.
Sleepwear and loungewear labels packing chemises, robes and matched sets in one size of box.
Subscription box operators including an intimates item inside a larger monthly shipment.
Hosiery and basics wholesalers running multipack cartons alongside printed underwear boxes.
Swim and resortwear brands extending one packaging system across seasonal lines.
Private label manufacturers producing for several retail customers from one structure with different print.
Online marketplace sellers who want a branded carton instead of a plain poly bag.
Many of these buyers run lingerie boxes alongside a broader apparel packaging programme so hang tabs, sleeves and cartons share one look across the range.
Ordering Lingerie Boxes Wholesale and Getting a Quote
Lingerie boxes wholesale pricing depends on construction, board, finish count and quantity. Minimums start from 100 units on standard constructions, and the unit price steps down at the usual quantity breaks as volume rises.
To quote accurately, we need six inputs: the folded dimensions of the garment, the count per box, the fold method, the approximate weight, the sales channel and the target quantity. A photo of a folded set next to a ruler is enough to open the conversation.
Once the structure is agreed, you receive a dieline to place artwork on. We check the file, return a digital proof, and move into production after you approve it. Standard production is 10–14 business days after artwork approval. Reorders on locked artwork may reduce proofing time because the structure and artwork are already approved, but standard production remains 10–14 business days after artwork approval unless otherwise confirmed.
If you are still weighing a sleeve, a rigid two-piece and a mailer, tell us the shelf or the shipping route it has to survive, and we will suggest the construction. The same team quotes printed apparel sleeves and related garment cartons, so a whole range can be costed in one round.

Frequently Asked Questions
Standard production is 10–14 business days after artwork approval. The clock starts when you sign off the digital proof, so having folded measurements, counts and final artwork settled before proofing keeps the schedule steady.
